Gabby Agbonlahor has stated on Instagram that Leeds United’s form is ‘worrying’ and they need to bring back Danny Mills.
The former Aston Villa striker was taunting Mills, after Leeds suffered a late defeat to David Moyes’s side at Elland Road on Saturday.
Even though Leeds took a first-half lead, they soon saw Michail Antonio wheeling away in jubilation as he sealed all three points for his side.
Agbonlahor told Mills, 44, on Instagram Leeds ‘need you back in defence’, as they are now winless in six games.
It’s a worrying side for Bielsa’s men that they are unable to keep the ball out of the back of the net.
On one hand, they have the attack that can hurt any opposition and they will continue to create the chances and score the goals.
But, on the other, they just can’t stop conceding chances and goals, which was also an issue last season.
It does seem as though the Whites just need that confidence-booster of a win and that might help them kick-start a season that is beginning to worry the fans.
But these are the types of games they should be winning – Newcastle last week and now the Hammers.
And perhaps a bigger one awaits them next week because they welcome newly-promoted Watford to Elland Road.
