The striker is arguably Arsenal’s most high-profile player and he’s their club captain, but the Gunners are now seemingly ready to cut ties with the forward.
Arsenal fans had plenty to say about this rumour, and it’s fair to say they’re a little bit alarmed by this.
Some fans have been worried by this due to the report stating that Aubameyang is in Arteta’s plans while also being up for sale, and we have to agree that it’s tough to see how both of those things can be true at the same time.
Arsenal need to have a clear plan on the pitch, otherwise, we could be looking at another horrific season, but this rumour again makes it seem as though there’s a serious lack of direction behind the scenes.
It remains to be seen what happens with Aubameyang, but this situation does seem rather strange.
