Jamie Carragher has claimed Arsenal ‘don’t have’ the individual quality like Tottenham do after their north London rivals moved into the Premier League’s top four on Sunday.
Spurs recorded a 5-1 win over Newcastle, despite going 1-0 down, with Arsenal due to play Crystal Palace on Monday night and Carragher adding that it all sets up a ‘really exciting’ top-four race.
It does need to be noted that Antonio Conte and his players have played two games more than the Gunners.
But, it also needs to be added that the north London derby is yet to be rescheduled, whilst Arsenal are yet to play West Ham, Chelsea and Manchester United.
All in all, this makes things very interesting heading into these final few months of the campaign, as Carragher shared his thoughts on Arsenal and Spurs, as he told Sky Sports PL.
“There is a difference between Tottenham, who have those special players who can do something,” said Carragher. “You think the role of Son and Kane.
“Whereas with Arsenal, it feels like more of a team. They don’t have the qualities, in terms of individuals, like a Kane or a Son. It’s actual team play. Organisation. Getting back to this top-four race will be really exciting.
After Tottenham’s fourth goal: “Well, that’s over to you Arsenal. Can you get the three points tomorrow night? This game is over. It looks like Tottenham are going to finish the night in the top-four positions.”

Whilst Spurs move into the top-four with more games played, it all depends on what position you want to be in.
Some prefer the points on the board, whilst others like to have destiny in their own hands, which Arsenal have.
But the north London duo just can’t look at themselves because there is also Manchester United and West Ham right in the mixer, which just makes things more dramatic heading into this final run-in.
Out of all the teams, Arsenal have been the more consistent, but all that matters is what you do when it matters most… and that time is now.
