Jose Mourinho has told Football London that Juan Foyth and Japhet Tanganga are both set to miss Tottenham Hotspur’s game with West Ham United this evening with injury.
Foyth and Tanganga have both been absent from group training recently, with the Spurs pair on the treatment table.
That leaves Serge Aurier has Tottenham’s only available choice at right-back.
But Mourinho is happy with his options elsewhere, as every other Tottenham player is fit enough to feature.
“I think this game against West Ham will probably be the first time in the whole season that we have… no, who is injured? We have Tanganga, Foyth – so two defenders,” Mourinho said.
“Apart from that, everybody is available, ready to play so strong team, strong bench so if tomorrow I have to make changes I have players for every position.
“The only position I don’t have is right-back because we have only Serge and nobody else because the other options – Tanganga, Foyth – they are both out.”

It is interesting to hear Mourinho suggest that he considers Foyth to be a right-back option for Tottenham.
Foyth was being tested out in the position by Mauricio Pochettino over pre-season, but after injury struck his progress has been halted.
Foyth has barely featured for Spurs this campaign, and there are now big doubts over his future.
If Foyth’s injury is a serious one there is a real possibility that he could have already played his last Tottenham game, as he has been heavily linked with a move with Leeds United by Ole.
