Marcelo Bielsa has told Leeds Live that Jamie Shackleton and Pablo Hernandez are ‘healthy and available’ for their Friday night clash against West Ham.
The technically-gifted midfield duo have been missing since Leeds were thumped at home to Leicester City last month.
But following Leeds’ defeat to Chelsea last time out, Shackleton and Hernandez will provide a much-needed boost to a team that has lost a number of key players already through injury.
Whilst both players are ‘available’ to Bielsa, he did warn that ‘they don’t have the rhythm’.
“Shackleton and Hernandez, while they don’t have the rhythm we would like, they are healthy and available,” said Bielsa

Injuries have disrupted Hernandez’s season and he is the player Leeds want fit and firing because of the influence he can have on the team.
The popular Spanish playmaker is the one who sees something different in the middle of the park and helps put the opposition team on the back foot.
For Leeds fans, whilst they will be eager to see more of Hernandez, at least he will be an option from the bench for Bielsa.
