Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to react after watching footage of Virgil van Dijk and Sadio Mane in good spirits.

What’s the story?

Well, the 25-second footage starts with Mane singing “Bobby’s back” as he and Roberto Firmino walk out onto the AXA Training Centre pitches.

Then, the camera pans to Van Dijk, who describes Firmino, Joe Gomez and Naby Keita returning to training as a “beautiful” sight.

You can see the video in full below.

Clearly, there’s a great atmosphere around the Liverpool camp right now, and that comes as no surprise.

Firmino in particular seems to be a hugely popular figure, as Mane sings joyfully about his return while Van Dijk puts a welcoming arm around his shoulder.

Jürgen Klopp has created a winning machine, and that will always breed confidence and positivity around any football club.

Firmino, Keita and Gomez returning is huge for Liverpool

Without a shadow of a doubt, the trio’s return to action for Liverpool is massive news for Klopp.

Firmino has missed the last five Premier League games with a hamstring injury, while Gomez and Keita have also been absent in the last five Premier League outings.

Diogo Jota has done well in the Brazilian’s absence, whereas Thiago has stepped up with Keita missing.

However, the Reds are stronger with the trio fit and available, as competition for places tends to see an improvement in performance.

As we approach the second half of the campaign, Klopp will be praying that his star men stay fit.

As one fan below said, if Liverpool can do that, and also get Harvey Elliott back soon, then who knows how far they will go this season.

For now, let’s see what the Liverpool fans on Twitter have been saying about Mane and Van Dijk’s reactions in the footage…
