Some Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the latest situation on Jean-Kevin Augustin.

Leeds head coach Marcelo Bielsa has said that Augustin will not be in action for his side in their Championship game against Cardiff City away from home at the Cardiff City Stadium on Sunday, as quoted in The Yorkshire Evening Post.

Bielsa has said that the striker – signed on loan from RB Leipzg in the January transfer window – is undergoing “necessary” individual fitness work.

The Argentine told The Yorkshire Evening Post: “Augustin is not injured since April, but he is doing individual work we think is necessary.”

The 22-year-old striker has played just 49 minutes in the Championship since his loan move to the Whites in January, according to WhoScored.

The Frenchman has had injury and fitness problems, and the youngster has yet to make an impact on the team.

Leeds are at the top of the Championship table at the moment and are favourites to clinch automatic promotion to the Premier League.
