Tottenham Hotspur head coach Antonio Conte has said that he does not know the seriousness of the injury suffered by Dejan Kulusevski, as quoted on BBC Sport.
Conte made the comments about Kulusevski ahead of Tottenham’s North London derby against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday.
The former Chelsea and Inter Milan boss has said that the 22-year-old, on loan at Tottenham from Juventus, came back from international duty with Sweden with a problem in his muscle.
The Italian tactician has said that more tests need to be done to know the exact nature of the problem with Kulusevski.

Conte said about Kulusevski: “He came back [from international duty] with an injury. We hope it is nothing serious but for sure there is a problem in his muscle. We have to wait to find out the real problem he has.”
Staying positive
In our opinion, Tottenham Hotspur fans should stay positive about the injury to Dejan Kulusevski.
Conte is hopeful that it is not serious, and until we know the exact nature of it, we should not think of the worst-case scenario.
Kulusevski is one of the best young players in the Premier League and is a key figure at Tottenham.
The 22-year-old £110,000-a-week (Spotrac) Sweden international has been playing well this season.
Kulusevski has scored one goal and given three assists in six Premier League starts for Spurs so far this campaign.
The Swedish youngster scored five goals and provided eight assists in 14 league starts for Tottenham during the second half of last season.
