Everton star thanks Arsenal supporters.
Theo Walcott came off the bench to help Everton beat Arsenal at Goodison Park.
This was Walcott’s first victory over his former side since his transfer in January 2018.
Walcott has thanked Arsenal fans for the positive reception he received from their away support when he came on.
He also expressed his satisfaction at the Toffees recording an important victory.
Walcott spent over a decade at Arsenal before leaving for Everton.
His spell at Goodison has been inconsistent, leading to him starting on the bench in Sunday’s game.
Everton are in ninth place, and have now won three games in a row.
