The Arsenal forward is pleased to see the 25-year-old back in business
Arsenal forward Theo Walcott says it’s ‘great’ to have Danny Welbeck in training as the north London side head into the most crucial part of their season.
Indeed, Arsene Wenger’s men face Barcelona in the Champions League this month, while a crunch clash against Leicester City on Sunday afternoon could make or break their Premier League title hopes.
The question is – how important will Welbeck be during their run-in?
That said, there are also questions to be asked of Walcott himself. Arsenal’s forwards have gone quiet of late and, a 2-0 win against Bournemouth aside, the goals have dried up.
Leicester will provide a tough test for the Gunners on Sunday yet an Arsenal win would swing plenty of momentum in their favour. There is also still hope of a third consecutive FA Cup trophy at the Emirates Stadium – which would be quite something.
Can Wenger and co finally show some bottle or will it be same old Arsenal?
