Mido has warned Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy on Twitter against appointing Antonio Conte as Spurs’ new manager.
The Telegraph claims that Tottenham will appoint former Chelsea boss Conte as their new manager.
It is reportedly only a matter of time before the 51-year-old takes charge of the North London club.
Former Tottenham player Mido believes that appointing Conte is a very bad idea.
Conte does have a reputation of being hard to work with.
Although the Italian manager won the Premier League title with Chelsea, there were times when things did not look rosy.
The former Juventus manager also left his managerial role at Inter over disagreements about keeping the team competitive.
That happened just days after Inter won the Serie A title this past season.

It is clear that Conte is a very demanding manager, but it is evident that he wins titles.
The Italian has won the Scudetto with Juventus and Inter, and the Premier League title with Chelsea.
Spurs have to give Conte all the tools that he needs to succeed.
Of course, Tottenham are not going to win the Premier League next season, but the North London club could be successful in the long term under Conte.
