All four top-ranked teams make the World Cup semi-finals for the first time

Squawka data shows that for the first time in World Cup history, the four highest-ranked nations have all made it to the semi-finals of the tournament.

Spain will take on France on Tuesday in Dallas; meanwhile, England face Argentina in the second semi-final in Atlanta.

France are currently the top-ranked nation in world football following a truly dominant performance at the tournament so far.

Reigning world champions Argentina have been far from their best at the World Cup so far, but are ranked second in the world.

European champions Spain are the third-highest ranked nation in the FIFA rankings, and the Three Lions head into the semi-final ranked fourth.

Kylian Mbappe, Lamine Yamal, Lionel Messi and Jude Bellingham will all be battling it out to help their nations achieve history this summer.
