The West Ham striker has been linked with a move to Leeds United recently.
Leeds United are said to be in talks to sign Ashley Fletcher from West Ham in January, according to a report from The Sun.
The claim is that Leeds are hoping to sign the former Mamnchester United youngster for a fee of around £2 million.
So should Leeds make the move?

Positives
The positive is that Leeds would be bagging a man they have wanted for some time. Owner Massimo Cellino was a fan of his during his time at Barnsley last season and it appeared that he was on Leeds’ radar in the summer.
Leeds also need a new striker. Chris Wood is carrying much of the burden when it comes to scoring goals at Elland Road, with Marcus Antonsson still adapting to English football.
Fletcher could provide perfect cover.
Negatives
At £2 million he is quite costly for Cellino, considering he was available on a compensation basis in the summer.
He is also still limited in his first-team football experience – his time at Barnsley his only extended run of first-team football.

The verdict?
There will no doubt be concerns over his experience and the fee involved but, in reality, that fee could be a bargain for Leeds.
He is just 21-years-old and has shown real promise at a top level.
Leeds should go for it.
