Speaking on England’s TikTok page, Jack Grealish has claimed that West Ham’s Declan Rice is the most energetic character in the England camp.
There seems to be a great level of camaraderie in the England squad at the moment, and it seems as though Rice is a key contributor to that.

Grealish was asked who the funniest and most energetic people within the camp were, and he was certain that Rice was the most energetic within the squad.
“The funniest and most energetic? The most energetic is Declan Rice, the funniest though, there’s a few people that make me laugh, I’m going to go with Bukayo Saka or Sancho,” Grealish said.
No surprise
Anyone who’s seen any of Rice’s antics off the pitch will know just how energetic he is.
The 22-year-old seems like he’s a really good laugh, and his West Ham teammates always seem to talk about how good of an influence he is on the dressing room.
These international tournaments can be won and lost off of the pitch just as much as they are on it, and it seems as though the England camp have struck a great balance between being serious about their task and being relaxed around the camp.
