Arsenal fans have reacted on Twitter to Neal Maupay’s celebration during Brighton’s last-gasp equaliser against bitter rivals Crystal Palace on Monday night.
The Brighton hitman, who will face-off against Arsenal this weekend, lobbed Palace goalkeeper Vicente Guaita in the last-minute to help his side secure a dramatic 1-1 draw at Selhurst Park.
Wilfried Zaha had put the home side ahead in the first half, via the penalty spot, and he celebrated by cupping his ears.
When Maupay scored his goal, he did exactly the same, but in the faces of the Palace’s supporters before celebrating with his own fans.
Arsenal supporters were in hysterics at what they were seeing from the striker.
Maupay has previous with the Gunners and he will be looking to be at the centre of attention again this Saturday evening.
Previously, there were no crowds in to provide that added spice, but the Amex will be packed out this time around.
It was a last-minute goal from Maupay last night and the Arsenal fans have definitely seen that before from the Frenchman.
It’s just written in the stars for Maupay to either score the winning goal against Mikel Arteta’s men or probably get sent off.
