Cesc Fabregas says Bukayo Saka is now ‘the complete package’ for Arsenal.

The 22-year-old played 87 consecutive Premier League games for Arsenal up until Sunday, October 8 against Manchester City.

It was the first time Bukayo Saka wasn’t part of an Arsenal squad in a league game after he went off injured against RC Lens in the Champions League.

His importance to the club during that period has been invaluable because he has been a key reason why Mikel Arteta’s side is challenging at the top of the Premier League table again.

One man who understands those pressures more than anyone else is Cesc Fabregas and he has been left amazed by the ‘growth’ and ‘consistency’ of the forward, as he told Premier League Productions (08/10/23 at 4:15 pm).

Yes, Arsenal were able to beat Manchester City without their star boy on the right, but they need him on board for nearly every game if they want to lift that all-important Premier League title.

Bukayo Saka’s growth at Arsenal

“He has been a super player for the club in the last couple of years,” said Fabregas. “The consistency he has had. The growth he has shown. The personality and the way he lifts the club with his goals, actions and defending as well.

“He is the complete package.”

Can Saka guide Arsenal to the Premier League title?

Even now, some Arsenal fans will still feel raw from how they managed to slip up during the final few weeks of the previous campaign.

Forget about the Champions League. FA Cup. Or the League Cup. It’s all about the Premier League title.

It’s the one fans crave the most and this is the time for Saka to take his game to even higher levels and guide his team to that prize.
