Ezgjan Alioski has joined Leeds United from Lugano in the summer transfer window.
Alioski has joined Championship club Leeds from Switch team FC Lugano on a four-year contract, as announced on the Whites’ official website.
The 25-year-old is a versatile attacking player who can operate as a winger or as a striker. The Macedonia international has explained his playing style and his best positions.

“I am a player that can play really in all positions, but I feel I play right midfield, right winger, but I can play also as a striker,” Alioski told Leeds’s official website when asked about his best position and what Leeds fans can expect from him. “I like to score. I am here and I hope I can do it.”
Alioski has arrived at Elland Road with a good reputation, and Leeds fans should be encouraged with the Macedonia international attacker’s simple but effective four words about scoring goals – “I like to score”.
Chris Wood was the top scorer in the Championship last season, but the West Yorkshire outfit should not rely on the New Zealand international striker to score all the time next season.
The comments from Alioski suggest that Leeds have found another source of goal, as it is clear that the Macedonia international likes scoring goals.
As stated on Leeds’s official website, Alioski scored 17 goals and provided 14 assists in 36 appearances for Lugano last season.
