Michael Bridge thinks the new Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou might be a part of ‘the biggest rebuild’ at the club for ‘some while’ ahead of the 2023 summer transfer window.
The 2022/23 Premier League season is over and in July the madness of the summer transfer window will officially be open, with Spurs fans hoping that their declining club makes some moves.
Sky reporter, and Tottenham fan, Michael Bridge shared that up to ‘ten players’ could possibly head for the exit door, whilst the same amount could also be coming in, as he told Sky Sports News (05/06/23).

There is already serious pressure on Daniel Levy and fans will now be expecting the Spurs chairman to back his new man in the dugout.
Ange Postecoglou had great success in the colours of Celtic, with his niche recruitment working an absolute treat and playing a big part in the club winning the treble this season.
But will he be backed with significant funds? Well, it seems as though, if a high volume of players leave the club, then it will sort itself out.
“I think this could be the biggest rebuild I have known at Tottenham for some while,” said Bridge. “I could see about 8,9 or ten players going out. I could see 8,9 or ten players coming in.
“It is going to be so busy. We are going to be inundated talking about Tottenham transfers this summer.”

Ange Postecoglou transfer diary
It’s going to be interesting to see what’s the first set of notes the Greek-born Australian coach writes down because there are many issues to deal with.
Is it the obvious one of Harry Kane’s future? Or is he going to focus on trimming the squad elsewhere?
Either way, Postecoglou’s life is going to be far, far easier if he has Kane on board next season because, nevermind his 30 Premier League goals, his presence alone will be a huge miss to this Tottenham side and the dressing room.
