Conor Hourihane labelled Gabby Agbonlahor ‘the big Leeds fan’ on his Instagram story after the former striker was wishing him a happy birthday.

On Tuesday, Hourihane, who left Aston Villa in January to move to Swansea on-loan, was getting a number of birthday wishes from current and ex-players.

Agbonlahor, who has riled up those at Elland Road because of his comments about Leeds and Marcelo Bielsa this season, also sent his wishes.

And Hourihane responded to the former Villa Park favourite on his Instagram story by saying ‘here he is the big Leeds fan’ added with laughing emojis.

It seems as though even the Villa players have caught onto Agbonlahor’s winding up of the Leeds supporters.

But the former England international isn’t the only one who has been involved in controversial moments with Leeds themselves.

Hourihane, who joined Villa for a bargain £3 million in 2017 (Mirror), was part of that infamous match that saw Leeds given Villa an uncontested goal during their days in the Championship.
