Micah Richards has raved about reported Tottenham Hotspur target and Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford on Sky Sports Premier League (1:35pm, November 21, 2021).
The former Manchester City right-back believes that Pickford is a modern-day goalkeeper.
The Sky Sports pundit has said that when it comes with playing with the feet, the Everton star is the best among the England international goalkeepers.
Tottenham interest in Jordan Pickford
The Telegraph reported last week that Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte wants to sign Pickford.
Conte reportedly wants the 27-year-old as a long-term replacement for Hugo Lloris.
Lloris is out of contract at Spurs at the end of the season.

What Micah Richards has said
Richards said about Pickford: “He is so agile, and he can play as the modern-day keeper now. He can play with his feet and I believe he is the best at that.”
Could Jordan Pickford to Spurs happen?
We do not think that Everton will sell Pickford in the January transfer window.
The Toffees may not even be willing to sell the 27-year-old in the summer of 2022.
But money talks.
We know that.

Tottenham have done better than Everton in the Premier League over the years.
Spurs also reached the Champions League final in 2019.
A move to Spurs and working under Conte on a regular basis could be appealing to Pickford.
In our opinion, if Spurs make a big offer for Pickford at the end of the season, then they could well be able to sign him.
