With the international break now upon us, it is time to assess how teams are faring in the Premier League.
Manchester City currently lead the way after seven games with 18 points, although Tottenham Hotspur are hot on their heels with 17 to their name.
Arsenal and Liverpool make up the rest of the top four, while it is Everton and Manchester United who fill out the top six.

At the other end of the table, Sunderland, Stoke City and West Ham United are in the bottom three.
So far the attacking play has been scintillating. Already there have been 196 goals scored, more than after the same period last season when the tally stood at 187.

So who have been the best attacking teams in the Premier League so far this season? We decided to take a look.
Liverpool have had the most shots of any team with 135, around 19 a game, while Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea make up the top three.

Liverpool are also top when it comes to shots on target with 49, seven a game, with Chelsea, Everton, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham are all level in second on 42.
It is Brazilian Philippe Coutinho who has managed the most shots for the Reds (29), 12 more than compatriot Roberto Firmino. He has also registered the most shots on target with ten.
Interestingly, it is Watford who enjoy the best shooting accuracy in the league so far with a tally of 16%, while Manchester City and Arsenal are joint second with a score of 15%.

In terms of goals, Liverpool and Manchester City are level at the top having managed 18 apiece, Arsenal sit in third with 16 and Manchester United are fourth with 13.
As a result, all four teams have players in the top goalscorer list at this moment in time. Sergio Aguero is the highest with five to his name, while James Milner, Alexis Sanchez and Zlatan Ibrahimovic all have four.
Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City have managed the most goals from open play with 11 each.

Liverpool have the highest scoring defenders and forwards, with tallies of five and nine apiece but Arsenal’s have the most goals from midfielders with seven.
Santi Cazorla and Mesut Ozil are the Gunners highest goalscoring midfielders at present with two each, while Granit Xhaka and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain have one goal each.
