Some Arsenal fans on social media have been reacting after Alexis Sanchez was linked with a move to Fenerbahce.
The Gunners fanbase of course have a strong affinity for Sanchez due to his heroics as an Arsenal player from 2014 to 2018.
Of course, any move involving Sanchez would catch the eye of the Arsenal fanbase, but this one is particularly interesting due to the fact he would be reuniting with another Gunners legend in the shape of Mesut Ozil.
Ozil joined Fenerbahce in January, and now he may get the chance to once again play alongside Sanchez.
As you can imagine, many Arsenal supporters love the fact that their two former stars may once again be linking up, and while they’re no longer in their pomp, it would still be great to see these two together again.
There would certainly be a level of nostalgia if Ozil and Sanchez were once again a part of the same team, and we can imagine that many Arsenal supporters would keep a keen eye on the Istanbul outfit if they managed to sign the winger.
