Tony Cascarino noted on talkSPORT (6:20am, February 20, 2021) that Leeds United simply cannot get a draw.

The former Chelsea striker, who now works as a pundit for talkSPORT, observed that Marcelo Bielsa’s side have played out a draw just twice in the Premier League so far this season.

Sheffield United are the other side in the league this season who have drawn twice.

The Blades are actually at the foot of the Premier League table at the moment, while Leeds are as high as 12th.

Cascarino noted on talkSPORT (6:20am, February 20, 2021): “If one thing you could criticise Leeds for, it’s not for their style of play, it’s that they just can’t get a draw.

“You know when you think something coming out of the game, they have got two draws this season, that’s the lowest in the Premier League alongside Sheffield United. It’s either feast or famine with them.”

Leeds United are hugely entertaining

Leeds have been very entertaining in the Premier League this season, and it is very refreshing to see a side who go for the win in every single match.

True, the Whites concede a lot of goals, but they also score a lot, and that is very exciting to watch.

Leeds have scored 40 goals and have shipped in 43 goals in 24 Premier League matches so far this season.

There is a very good chance that Leeds could finish the season in the top half of the table.

Meanwhile, Bielsa has praised Leeds central defender Liam Cooper for adapting to the Premier League.

Leeds Live quotes the Argentine as saying about Cooper: “From my point of view, with no inconvenience. He’s a player that defends very well. He goes to face very well, he protects well his back.

“He shines with his aerial game and he’s good with the ball. All of this, he expresses with regularity in most of the games.”
