Logan Paul is the latest major WWE superstar to suffer a serious injury but in doing so, it’s offered a period of reflection for the social media star.

Paul was flying high as one half of the tag team champions alongside Austin Theory with The Vision until he tried to catch Angelo Dawkins at Saturday Night’s Main Event.

From that, Paul tore his tricep and he now faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines.

As we all know, Paul is not afraid of running his mouth – when in character or not – and he lamented CM Punk previously for taking time off with the same injury.

However, after going through his own experience, Paul has now backtracked and admitted he was wrong.

Logan Paul says he could ‘feel the tendons snap’ as he feels CM Punk’s pain

Anyone who says wrestling is ‘fake’ is just being ignorant. Sure, we all know the stories are scripted but the athletes involved have a duty to make sure everyone is safe.

However, the injury risks are real and as explained here by Logan Paul, they can be severely painful.

“I tore my tricep off the bone. And a little piece of bone literally came with the tendon. It’s insane, because I’ll be honest, when CM Punk tore his tricep I just thought he was a major p—y,” Paul revealed on his ImPaulsive podcast.

“I was on the outside, a nearly 300 pound Dawkins comes flying over the ropes. He lands on me, my arm is flexed and trying to catch him. Too much weight, too much tension, I could feel the tendons snap off the elbow. You can hear, listen closely to when it happens, you can hear me, I’m not selling like a wrestler, that’s real pain. I knew in that moment, I’m f—-d.

“I cut a promo about it, like, ‘You tore your little tricep.’ And when I said it I thought ‘I hope this doesn’t ever happen to me.’ And he was just standing there and I remember thinking, ‘Dude tore his triceps, how can he be out for six months?’ How bad could it be? It’s a f—–g tricep. It’s horrible.”

With Paul facing months out, it remains unclear where WWE goes both with The Vision storyline and Paul himself.

With Seth Rollins seemingly targeting Roman Reigns now, it looks like that story is over for now. The Street Profits remain involved, while we all know that at some point Bron Breaker and even the returning Bronson Reed will get a push at some point as singles stars.
