
For a man as adored and successful as Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa, the veteran Argentine does not laugh very often.
Most of the time, the enigmatic South American manager will look on at something neutral-faced but every now and again, he will grimace or smile at something.
But public displays of laughter are something of a collector’s item, though Bielsa did see the funny side of Leeds’ win at Manchester City on Saturday – and some fans of the Elland Road club are loving him for it.
In his post-match interview, Bielsa struggled to hold back the laughter as the West Yorkshire outfit somehow beat Manchester City 2-1 at the Etihad Stadium, despite having 10 men for half the match.
In addition to that, Bielsa’s side, who nicked an injury-time winner, only had 29 percent possession and scored goals from both of their shots.
It was an absurd, logic-defying victory and one that made the 65-year-old crack up when speaking in a post-match pitchside interview via Leeds’ official Twitter account.
