Some Tottenham Hotspur fans on social media have been reacting after Fabio Paratici admitted that he’s yet to speak to Antonio Conte about transfers since he arrived at the club.
It’s rather worrying to hear that the Sporting Director hasn’t spoken to the manager about transfers in his first days at the football club. After all, recruitment is one of the most important aspects of building a successful team in the modern game.
Spurs could certainly do with some new players as well. The London club have gotten off to a terrible start this term and a few bodies through the door could certainly reinvigorate the squad.
As you can imagine, Spurs fans were rather worried by this admission from Paratici, but perhaps they shouldn’t be too concerned.
Conte has been here for a matter of days and the January transfer window is still two months away, there’s plenty of time for Paratici and Conte to have this chat.
Nevertheless, as ever, some Spurs supporters have struggled to keep a level head and supporters are already panicking.
