Leeds United’s Patrick Bamford has claimed that he would take the right foot of Tottenham superstar Harry Kane if he could pick any striker from Premier League history.
The Leeds man also stated that Robin Van Persie would be the left-footer he would take, as he claimed that it’s an ‘easy’ decision to make, as he told the Premier League.
It’s understandable why a player like Bamford has such admiration for Kane because, just like the England captain, he had troubled spells out on loan before proving his critics wrong.
And with Gareth Southgate calling Bamford up for the first time this week, he is now going to see what Kane is really like up close and personal.
Nonetheless, when Bamford was asked ‘if you could take the left and right foot of any striker in Premier League history, who would he take?’
This was his response, which Spurs fans will no doubt love.
“That’s easy,” responded Bamford. “Van Persie and Kane. He (Kane) hits the ball so clean.”

Kane will want to show off his shooting skills on Sunday when his Spurs side takes on newly-promoted, Watford.
After putting the saga about his future behind him this week, Kane, who netted a brace in the Europa Conference League on Thursday, will be hoping to earn his first Premier League start of the new season in a few hours time.
And given that Watford have conceded four in two games already, there is no doubt that Kane will be licking his lips at the prospect of facing them.
Bamford should also be lining up against Burnley at the same time and he will be hoping to make that trip to St George’s Park next week with a few goals under his belt.
