What’s the story at Tottenham?
Well, unfortunately for Tottenham fans, it doesn’t sound as though there’s going to be a flurry of big signings in January.
Indeed, in a video posted to his YouTube channel, Alasdair Gold claimed that he’s been told that there isn’t much money to spend in January at Spurs, so, that likely means that there won’t be any blockbuster arrivals.
As you can imagine, Tottenham fans weren’t best pleased to hear this.

Tottenham have got some serious issues in their squad. Antonio Conte reportedly wants two centre-backs through the door, and they need reinforcements if they’re going to challenge.
Sadly, Tottenham fans weren’t shocked to hear this update. Spurs aren’t usually massive spenders and after a busy summer and a year of financial turmoil brought on by the pandemic, it stands to reason that Spurs can’t spend massively.
