Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to comments from Jose Mourinho ahead of the match against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
Spurs will take on Arsenal in the North London derby on Sunday, and in the build-up to the Premier League game, head coach Mourinho made some interesting remarks.
BBC Sport quotes Mourinho as saying: “I look up, I don’t look down. If Arsenal was seven points ahead of us, I would look to them. But because we have seven points more than them, I don’t look down.”
Some Tottenham fans have reacted to Mourinho’s remarks on Twitter, and below are some of the best comments:
Tottenham are seventh in the Premier League table at the moment with 45 points from 27 matches, five points behind fourth-placed and London rivals Chelsea, who have played 28 games.
Arsenal currently find themselves as low as 10th in the standings with 38 points from 27 games.

While there are still a lot of games to be played in the Premier League this season, it does seem unlikely that the Gunners will end up in the top four.
Winning against Spurs will maintain Mikel Arteta’s side’s slim hopes, but one can argue that Tottenham need the win more than Arsenal do as they have a better chance of ending up in the Champions League places in the Premier League table.
