Contract talks between the 18-year-old and the North London outfit have broken down, and the striker is now set to leave the club, according to the report.
Balogun is out of contract at Arsenal in the summer of 2021, according to Goal.com, with The Daily Mail reporting that Southampton and AC Milan are interested in securing the services of the teenager this summer.
The teenager has yet to establish himself in the Arsenal first team, and given the quality of players that head coach Mikel Arteta has in his attacking department, it is going to be hard for him to do so next season as well.
