West Ham United host Leicester City in Moyes’ first home game tomorrow.

Paul Merson thinks David Moyes may already be on collision course with some of his West Ham United players.
Moyes was critical of some of those he inherited from Slaven Bilic, after Sunday’s 2-0 defeat at Watford – his first game in charge of West Ham.
According to Merson, it was a ‘poor’ decision on Moyes’ part, and one with which he would not have been happy were he a Hammers player.
On the topic of West Ham’s visit of Leicester City on Friday evening, the former England midfielder wrote in his Sky Sports predictions column: “Massive game, and I’m going for Leicester (3-1). I think this is a nightmare game for West Ham. Firstly, they’re not playing well, and Leicester are a counter-attacking team.

“West Ham have to have a go, and I’m not sure about what David Moyes said about the players after the defeat at Watford.
“He criticised some of them for their performances; you say that to the players in the dressing room, don’t come out and say it on your first day! The players won’t be happy with that, no way.
“If I were a player, I’d be thinking: ‘Come on, tell us in the dressing room, don’t blame us in public.’ I know it was the players’ fault, but there’s a way of doing it. That was poor in my opinion.”
West Ham are already third from bottom of the Premier League, a point behind 17th-place West Bromwich Albion.
And failing to beat mid-table Leicester will leave them at risk of sinking further into the mire over the weekend.

Moyes was far from a popular appointment at the London Stadium, and was warned by Joey Barton on Talksport this week that he could be sacked by the new year.
