Gini Wijnaldum will get a lot of the press, but tomorrow could also be Adrian’s last time making a Liverpool squad.

Liverpool round off their season with a visit of Crystal Palace at Anfield.

Victory will guarantee the Reds finish in the top four and qualify for the Champions League – well, the preliminary rounds anyway.

With his contract expiring next month and no sign of an extension, it’s more than likely going to be Wijnaldum’s last time pulling on a Liverpool shirt.

But goalkeeper Adrian is in the same boat.

The Spaniard, who earns £50,000 per week at Anfield, is only going to make the bench tomorrow because Jurgen Klopp is going to start Alisson.

But the former West Ham goalkeeper has issued a rallying call to his Liverpool team-mates nonetheless, claiming they only have ‘one more final’.

Here’s how some fans of the Merseyside club reacted to his pre-match tweet today:

Adrian has been a decent squad player during his spell under Klopp over the past few years.

Yes, he has made mistakes but, as Alisson has proven this season, no goalkeeper is perfect and errors do happen.

But the Spaniard seems to be a positive influence in the dressing room and has produced some fine performances for the Reds, make no mistake about it.
