Chelsea star Mason Mount stance on Liverpool transfer
The Daily Mail have reported that Liverpool have made Mount a “prime target” in the summer transfer window.
The England international midfielder is reportedly keen on moving to Liverpool and working with manager Klopp.
Encouraging for Liverpool
In our view, that Mason Mount is keen on a move to Liverpool is very encouraging for the Reds.
Now, of course, Chelsea are going to try to convince the 24-year-old to stay at Stamford Bridge, but at least Liverpool now know that they do have a chance of bringing him to Anfield.
Described as “tenacious” by former Chelsea player Tony Cascarino in The Times in March 2023, Mount would make Liverpool a better and more combative team in the middle of the season.
Liverpool need to revamp their midfield, and we believe that Mount would be a good addition to the team.

The midfielder can hold his own in the middle of the park, drive the team forward, and links up well with his teammates.
It will be interesting to see how much Chelsea will ask for Mount if indeed they decided to cash in on him at the end of the season.
