Rob Green has raved about Liverpool and England international midfielder Jordan Henderson on BBC Sport.
The former Leeds United and England international goalkeeper was impressed by Henderson’s goal for England against Albania tonight.
The Three Lions have got the better of Albania 5-0 in their latest 2022 World Cup qualifier.
Henderson found the back of the net in the 28th minute.
Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane provided the assist for the goal from the 31-year-old.
Green said on BBC Sport: “It is wonderful football! Harry Kane repays the favour for Jordan Henderson.
“Kane’s clever feet, round two or three men in the penalty area and then, tell you what for someone who is not normally known for scoring for England that is a very cool finish. Very composed.”

Encouraging performance from Jordan Henderson
Henderson is one of the most senior players in the current England squad.
The Liverpool star is a very solid midfielder who does his job in the middle of the park quietly and efficiently.
Henderson is not known for his goals.
The 31-year-old has scored just 32 goals in 371 Premier League appearances so far in his carer.
Henderson took his goal against Albania really well and provided one of his best performances for England.
Henderson may be 31 now, but the Liverpool star is still at the top of his game and remains an important player for England.
