Liverpool fans have reacted on Twitter to Jordan Henderson’s comments on Jude Bellingham.
The 18-year-old is one of the top young footballers in Europe and Henderson shared that he watches him for Dortmund and he is an ‘outstanding’ talent, as he told Sky Sports.
When Liverpool’s Premier League title-winning captain was a teenager, he was still at his boyhood club in Sunderland.
But Bellingham, on the other hand, has been playing in some of the big games in the world, both on the international stage and in Europe.
Therefore, it’s no surprise that Henderson stated that Bellingham is ‘miles’ ahead of where he was at his age.
Either way, Liverpool fans want Henderson to play a role in trying to lure the all-action midfielder towards their direction.
It does help that Jurgen Klopp will seemingly push for the Dortmund star’s talents next summer.
The Daily Star have claimed that Bellingham is a ‘top target’ for the Reds and it could prove to be a possible record £80 million deal.
One thing is for sure, if those inside Anfield need an insight into Bellingham then the England boys speaking about him in the above manner is only going to help.
