Aston Villa hammered Derby County 3-0 on Saturday afternoon.

Aston Villa striker Tammy Abraham has told the Birmingham Mail that his teammates were raving about the performance against Derby County last weekend.
After two wins and two draws under new boss Dean Smith, Villa travelled to Pride Park to take on Derby on Saturday afternoon; their biggest test under the new manager.
It looked like being a frustrating afternoon both sides with the score at 0-0 with just 20 minutes to play – but Villa produced a late blitz to snatch a 3-0 victory.
John McGinn headed home the opener before Tammy Abraham doubled the lead, and a Conor Hourihane made it 3-0, with Villa scoring three times in 10 minutes.
Villa now sit four points behind Derby and the final play-off spot in the Championship table, with the win giving Smith a real statement victory early into his reign.
Striker Abraham played a key part in the win by scoring the second goal, taking the game away from Derby, and he has commented on the win this week.

Abraham admitted that he thought the performance was ‘unbelievable’, and revealed that other Villa players suggested that it was the best Villa have played since they arrived at the club, summing up just how impressive it really was.
“It was unbelievable at Derby,” Abraham said. “I don’t think words can describe it. Some of the boys say this is the best performance they’ve had since they’ve joined. The fans were fantastic – they supported us from first minute to last. We gave them a performance. We saw the best of us at Pride Park,” he added.
