Tammy Abraham has reacted to Aston Villa’s win on Twitter.

The Chelsea-owned hitman inspired the Villans to a much-needed three points on Saturday by scoring twice in the 2-1 win home win over Ipswich Town.

Abraham, who now has 19 goals in 23 Championship games, opened the scoring after six minutes, before stroking home a penalty just after the hour mark to double Aston Villa’s lead.

It was Villa’s first league win since Boxing Day, and only their third victory in 11 outings.

Here is what the 21-year-old said on Twitter, before Aston Villa star John McGinn responded to him.

Abraham and McGinn have undoubtedly been Aston Villa’s best players this season.

And if Smith can sort his defence out then maybe, just maybe, a playoff spot isn’t out of the question.

Villa are 10th in the Championship, but only four points behind sixth-placed Derby – who have a game in hand – and a solid second half to the season could set them up very nicely.
