Oliver Burke is having a very hard time at Celtic.

Tam McManus has told Football Scotland that Oliver Burke has been a ‘woeful signing’ for Celtic.
Burke joined Celtic on a half-season loan from West Bromwich Albion in January.
Despite a promising start to life under Brendan Rodgers, the Scottish winger has gone off the boil in a big way since Neil Lennon took charge of the Hoops in February.
The 21-year-old was given a rare start in Sunday’s 2-0 defeat by Rangers, but failed to justify Lennon’s decision to include him in the first XI.
Burke, who earns £30,000 per week at The Hawthorns [Silly Season], looks destined to return to West Brom after early murmurs that he would like to stay in Glasgow.
And McManus has suggested to Football Scotland that it’s probably for the best, while noting other Parkhead flops in recent seasons.
“Guys like Oliver Burke,Timothy Weah, Jeremy Toljan, Youssef Mulumbu and Jack Hendry have all been brought in and made absolutely no impact. Burke in particular has been a woeful signing.”
Burke netted twice on his Premiership debut for Celtic in the 4-0 win over St Mirren on January 23, but has scored just once under Lennon, which epitomises his struggle.
He vindicated some comparisons to Gareth Bale comparisons early on, demonstrating his pace and power under Rodgers, but he looks a million miles from that player right now.
