Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers have signed nine players this summer.
Tam McManus has heralded Rangers’ signing of Graham Dorrans.
The 30-year-old midfielder finally sealed a £1.5 million switch to Ibrox from Norwich City on Thursday.
But he joins on a bad week after Rangers were eliminated from the Europa League preliminary stages by Progres Niedercorn in what has been deemed the Gers’ worst ever result by many figures affiliated with the Scottish giants.

The former West Brom ace is Pedro Caixinha’s ninth summer signing so far, with veteran Portugal defender Bruno Alves – who did not play in Luxembourg – being the first.
And McManus has said on Twitter that both figures can make a very big difference for Caixinha’s side this season.
It is a huge season for Rangers and it’s hardly been a great start to it. But, as McManus said, Alves and Dorrans can be huge for Caixinha.
Alves was exceptional for Portugal during the Confederations Cup and it would seem like the Gers have a fine defender there, while Dorrans has been a tried-and-tested Premier League player for much of his career down South.
