Tam McManus has predicted on Twitter that Steven Gerrard’s Glasgow Rangers will win matches comfortably at Ibrox, and so will Neil Lennon’s Celtic at Celtic Park.
McManus made the prediction about Rangers and Celtic following the Gers’ 6-1 hammering of Hibernian at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday afternoon.
Jermain Defoe was the star of the show for Rangers, as the striker – on loan from Bournemouth – scored a hat-trick.
Colombia international striker Alfredo Morelos scored twice, while Liverpool-owned winger Sheyi Ojo completed the score.
Celtic were in action on Saturday afternoon, and Neil Lennon’s side eased past Motherwell 5-2 away from home.
Last weekend, the Hoops hammered St. Johnstone 7-0 at Celtic Park in the Scottish Premiership.

Former Hibernian forward McManus – who now works as a pundit for BBC Sport – has predicted on Twitter that Rangers and Celtic will win their respective home matches by big margins this season, and he has also suggested that the Hoops and the Gers will finish in the top two of the Scottish Premiership table this season.
