The former Chelsea player has said on Highbury Squad that there is “a very strong possibility” that Mount will leave Chelsea at the end of the season.
Goal have reported that Arsenal are interested in signing the 24-year-old England international midfielder from London and Premier League rivals Chelsea in the summer transfer window.
The Gunners have reportedly opened talks about a potential move for Mount.
Liverpool and Newcastle United have also been linked with the 24-year-old.
And talkSPORT pundit Cundy believes that Mount could leave Chelsea at the end of the season.
Arsenal target Mason Mount tipped to leave Chelsea
Cundy said, as transcribed by TheBootRoom: “He has been very unlucky with the fact there’s been such chaos. Do I think he’ll leave Chelsea? There’s a very strong possibility that he will leave Chelsea.
“Every manager who’s ever played Mase, loves him. Every manager without exception. But you’ve got to play on his terms. So it’s got to be high energy football, you’ve got to get him squeezing the ball.
“Southgate loves him, Frank loves him, Tuchel loved him, Potter loved him at the beginning until his form started to drift. But it’s that high intense, high energy, high press. The boy’s got quality. He’s a lovely lad as well.
“I think whoever gets him is very fortunate.”

HITC Verdict: Mount would be brilliant for Arsenal
In our view, Mason Mount would be a brilliant signing for Arsenal and would make the Gunners much better in the middle of the park.
The Chelsea star is a very dynamic midfielder who can hold his own in the middle of the park and can drive the team forward.
Mount scores goals and creates chances.
The Chelsea no. 19 has scored three goals and given two assists in 20 Premier League starts for the Blues
