Wolverhampton Wanderers are currently in 19th place in the Championship table.
Micky Quinn has told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast, which was broadcast on TalkSPORT on 8th November, that Wolverhampton Wanderers still have a chance of getting promoted from the Championship this season.
Wolves have made a disappointing start to the new campaign, and currently sit in 19th place in the second tier table.
The Midlands club recently parted company with Walter Zenga, and appointed Paul Lambert as his successor.

And Quinn believes that Lambert still has a chance of getting Wolves into the top six, even though his task is a very tough one.
“It’s not impossible, but you’re looking at Newcastle, they should get outright promotion,” he said. “Brighton are six points clear of third. But he can turn it around, Paul.”
Wolves invested heavily in their squad during the previous transfer window, but many of their new signings have not had the desired impact.

Wolves are already nine points back from the play off places, and will have to put together a strong of run if they are to get back into the promotion race.
Lambert’s new side are currently on a poor run of results, and they have gone seven matches without a victory.
Lambert’s first match in charge of Wolves will come in two weekends’ time, when they take on Preston North End at Deepdale.
