West Ham United are not doing so well in the Premier League at the moment.

Former Arsenal midfielder Ray Parlour suggested on The Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast show on talkSPORT on Monday morning (broadcast from 6am, January 9, 2017) that West Ham United should not make a drastic decision on the future of Slaven Bilic.

Bilic has come under pressure due to West Ham’s disappointing performances and results in the Premier League so far this season.

The Hammers are 13th in the league table at the moment with 22 points from 20 matches.

The London outfit are just seven points above the relegation zone and are still in danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.

West Ham were also knocked out of the FA Cup last week, going down 5-0 to Premier League rivals Manchester City at the London Stadium in the third round of the prestigious competition.

According to a recent report in The Sun, Bilic has two more games to save his managerial job at West Ham.

It has been reported that if results in upcoming league games against Crystal Palace and Middlesbrough are not good, then Bilic could be sacked.

England's Ray Parlour

Former Arsenal midfielder Parlour has offered his opinion on the future of the West Ham manager.

“It’s a big decision that West Ham have got to make,” said Parlour on The Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast show on talkSPORT on Monday morning (broadcast from 6am, January 9, 2017). “I think he will get more time than that, I really do.”
