Wolves’ shock deal to sign Brazilian attacker Talisca is edging closer, report respected Portuguese newspaper O Jogo.
The newspaper report that Talisca is training away from his teammates, as he waits for a move to be signed off.
Wolves and Benfica reportedly have a deal in place, and Talisca is awaiting a work permit.

O Jogo report Talisca’s documentation could arrive today (Friday), which would push through a move, with personal terms already agreed.
While the acquisition of Talisca is clearly a coup, his move to Wolves is being seen as a stepping stone, the newspaper report, describing it as a ‘bridge’.
After one year, the idea is for a Premier League side to sign him, with Liverpool listed as the most likely option.

If Wolves could secure promotion this season, that plan could change and the club could have a chance to land him on a permanent basis.
Wolves were taken over last week by the Fosun International consortium, who also own a minority stake in Gestifute, agent Jorge Mendes’ company.
Mendes helped advise Fosun on their takeover of Wolves, and has helped the club with their efforts to sign four players since Walter Zenga was appointed as boss last week.
