Hutchison believes that Felix is wasted at Atletico Madrid, and thinks that he would get elevated under Klopp at Liverpool or Guardiola at Premier League champions City.

We think that the 22-year-old attacker would make the Reds a better, more creative and more potent team upfront.
Felix would bring creativity to the Liverpool team and would give manager Klopp another good option.
Atletico paid £113 million for Felix (BBC Sport), but manager Diego Simeone does not play attacking football.
So, in our view, Felix is wasted at the defending Spanish champions.
