Tottenham Hotspur fans have reacted with excitement to Gareth Bale’s comments after he stated that he would be open to a Premier League return.
The 31-year-old shared that Real Madrid blocked last-minute moves, believed to be to China, last summer and he would ‘for sure’ look at moving back to England’s top-flight, as he told Sky Sports.
Most teams in the Premier League would welcome Bale into their team, especially Spurs where he made a name for himself nearly 10 years ago.
The Spurs faithful made it clear to Daniel Levy that they should try and push for him, but once again, the problem would be who could pay his wages.
Bale isn’t the only big-money superstar who could potentially head for the exit doors of La Liga this summer because a certain Lionel Messi is seemingly also on his way out of Barcelona.
Nonetheless, if Spurs could somehow secure the signing of Bale then it would transform them massively, but it’s a dream that those in North London are hoping becomes reality.

In truth, until Bale retires, he will forever be linked with a return to Tottenham and Spanish outlet, Quatro, did claim that Jose Mourinho wants to sign him this summer.
Whilst Mourinho is perhaps used to getting the signings he wants at previous clubs he has managed, he may find that working for a stubborn Daniel Levy might result in him not always getting his transfer wish.
Well, it seems Bale’s comments from yesterday have sparked a fresh batch of Tottenham fans wanting to the Welsh wizard to return, as they reacted to his comments:
