Jose Mourinho’s formation at Chelsea looks to be ideal for Reus; he could really add to the attacking quality of the three who usually sit behind the main striker and seamlessly adapt to role already in place.
Willian and Andre Schurrle would be the German’s main competition in order to line up next Brazilian international Oscar and Eden Hazard. However, given his pedigree, he should be well placed to make the starting XI.

A flat 4-4-2 may not be ideal for the German but given the amount of possession Manchester City have during games, and the quality of Zableta, he could easily make it work.
Samir Nasri, James Milner and Jesus Navas are already fighting for a place in the Manchester City side and Reus’s addition could disrupt the harmony of what is already a fairly efficient machine.

A more advanced role than he currently has in Dortmund, but given his goalscoring record in the Bundesliga it shouldn’t be hard for the German international to adapt.
Philippe Coutinho, Mario Balotelli and Adam Lallana would also be fighting for a place in the Liverpool team and the abundance in talent does make it difficult to see how they could all fit in. Take into account the returning Jordon Ibe, too, and it would be almost impossible for Rodgers to keep everyone happy.

It’s almost impossible to pick how Manchester United’s abundance of talent can fit in the side already. Add in Marco Reus and it would just be overkill.
The German has played in the central attacking midfield role on a number of occasions for Dortmund, and is comfortable there, but would face hard competition from the likes of Juan Mata, Wayne Rooney and Adnan Januzaj from day one.

Arsenal have always been considered a dream match-up for Reus but looking at the squad, it’s hard to see who would miss out and who would make the team, although Reus should be able to fit into the Arsenal system quite comfortably.
Lukas Podolski, Theo Walcott, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Joel Campbell and Santi Cazorla are just a few who could miss out if Reus arrives at the Emirates Stadium. However, given the plethora of talent already at the club, will Arsenal realistically put their name in the hat?
