Sydney Sweeney will probably not be invited to The Masters or the Open Championship next year after sharing her stance on golf.

In a new sports Q&A, the Hollywood actress revealed her most and least favorite sports to watch.

The UFC, hockey, and golf all got a mention, and you can probably figure out which side they each fell on.

Her choices certainly suggest that she has more fight-club energy than country-club calm.

Sydney Sweeney would rather watch a fight than a fairway

Sweeney’s preferences came during a light Q&A shared by SI Now, where she answered quick-fire questions about sports.

She named UFC and hockey as her favorites to watch, showing her appreciation for speed and power. When asked for her least favorite, she didn’t hesitate: “Golf.”

Asked which sport she’d go professional in, Sweeney laughed: “Let’s throw me in a ring.” It fits the fearless image that has made her a standout on screen.

Sweeney also revealed she’d trade lives with boxing legend Christy Martin for a week, picking one of the toughest fighters of all time as her athletic alter ego.

It seems Sweeney gravitates toward the chaos of fighting over the tranquility of golf.

Perhaps she would appreciate the 16th hole at the WM Phoenix Open more than the 12th at Augusta.

Sydney Sweeney’s rumored Happy Gilmore 2 role adds humorous twist

Sydney Sweeney’s blunt take adds irony to the Hollywood rumor that she would play a part in Happy Gilmore 2.

The baseless gossip even found its way back to Julie Bowen, who played Virginia Venit in the films.

Bowen admitted that her children even told her that the sequel to Happy Gilmore would feature Sweeney “as a cart girl.”

She told The Hollywood Reporter: “I thought, ‘Well, I won’t be in it.’ And that was OK – it was like, Virginia Venit, it’s been 30 years, he’s got a hottie. He’s got some little bitty on the side, like a cart girl.

“As a matter of fact, my children told me. Before I was even told officially that there was a Happy Gilmore sequel, my now 18-year-old said, ‘Mom, I hear they’re doing a sequel, and he’s with Sydney Sweeney as a cart girl.’”
