Tottenham Hotspur fans want Lucas Digne signed, after his performance for Everton last night.
Everton were largely disappointing yesterday, as they fell to a 1-0 defeat to Tottenham.
But Digne’s display at left-back still managed to impress many Tottenham fans.
The Frenchman proved very reliable, with Lucas Moura causing him very few problems.
And Tottenham fans have suggested that the would like to see Jose Mourinho make a move for Digne.
Everton are unlikely to let Digne go cheaply, so Tottenham would be hard pressed to do a deal for the Toffees star.
The 26-year-old could provide Spurs with an upgrade at left-back if he was to join though.
Mourinho has favoured playing Ben Davies in the position since he joined, and the Welshman has generally performed solidly.
However, there is a feeling that Davies lacks the attacking quality to really be a consistent starter for a Champions League chasing team.
Digne, on the other hand, possesses a devilish delivery from wide areas, and it seems that he would be welcomed with open arms in North London.
