Swansea City drew 1-1 with West Bromwich Albion on Saturday.
The Black Country outfit are all but relegated, with 10 points separating them from safety, and only five games remaining with which to save themselves.
West Brom have been terribly poor all season long, and have won just three Premier League games this term, but fortunately for them, their fans have stuck by them throughout what has been a miserable campaign.
The Swansea boss was certainly impressed with what he saw on Saturday.
Carvalhal chose to praise the Hawthorns crowd, when speaking to reporters after his side’s 1-1 draw with the Baggies, labelling their support as ‘amazing’, as quoted by the Express & Star:
“They are in a very bad position and they almost filled the stadium. They gave a very positive atmosphere to the team. This is amazing in my opinion.”
West Brom will surely already be planning for life in the Championship next season, and if their fans continue to stick by them, there is no reason why they will not be able to immediately bounce back to the top flight.
